Mid-Step Services is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Residential Supervisor for an Intermediate Care Facility for persons with intellectual disabilities. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities include: coordinating and supervising the daily routine of staff and members at our Intermediate Care Facility, staff hiring, training, supervision, evaluations, scheduling and assigning programming functions. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, one year experience working with intellectually disabled individuals and clear driving record is required. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Shift hours available are 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm

Responsibilities include coordinating nursing services, staff orientations, supervision, evaluation and education. Must have thorough understanding of nursing principles with skills in the areas of assessment, diagnosis, care plans, and programming. Must have at least two years nursing experience, experience working with people with intellectual disabilities preferred but not required.

Great nurse/patient ratio (1:2). There are two nurses on at all times to care for four members. Experience is a benefit but not required, will train. Responsibilities include coordinating nursing services, staff orientations, supervision, evaluation and education.
