ICF Direct Support Professional
Para Professional - At the Pier Learning Center
A Para Professional will provide the direct educational activities and care of students enrolled in the Pier Learning Center Education program. Specific educational activities and supports will be described in Individual Education Plans, (IEP), and Mid-Step policy and procedures.

Job Coach
The Job Coach provides supervision and on the job training to persons with intellectual disabilities through employment. The job coach will assist in building relationships between the employee and the employer as well as staff creating the framework to assist the employee to be successful. Track the employees progress and maintain documentation. Must have valid driver’s/chauffeurs license. An associate’s degree or 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities or a related field.
