About Mid-Step Mid-Step serves a vital role in the Siouxland community. We have a network of over 20 homes, apartment buildings, vocational centers and programs serving approximately 300 individuals with a staff of over 400 employees. We administer an annual budget that exceeds 13 million dollars per year. |
